One of Kate's main goals is to speak more clearly so that she can be better understood by people. Speech Therapy is crucial for Kate to realise this goal. Along the way Team Kate has also identified some gaps in Kate's spelling and writing abilities which don't match Kate's speaking and reading ability. To help bridge those gaps, Suzanne also did a test on Kate's Phonemic Awareness (awareness of sounds) which is a very important stepping stone to being able to spell and write later on. On this page are links to assessments, notes, suggestions and exercises that will help Team Kate work with Kate to reach her speech related goals.
